We have been supplying ultra high precision resistors with tolerance up to 0.01% and ultra low temperature coefficient resistors with lower to 1ppm/℃ for automotive, telecom, medical enterprises, weighting scale manufacturers as well as test instrument manufacturers all over the world. As a matter of fact, almost all of the DMM manufacturers in the world have been using our high precision and ultra low temperature coefficient resistors.

We introduced and developed MELF series cylindrical SMT resistors from 2000 under the requests of ENEL and some of our customers, there are four series of MELF resistors widely adopted such as:

High precision MELF series are the right cross to Vishay’s MMA0204, MMB0207, SMM0204 , tolerance is up to ±0.05% and TCR is lower than ±5ppm/℃ ;

Ultra high working voltage MELF series was approved to be non inductance under working frequence 150MHz with resistance over 100M Ohm which is a great contribution to non-inductance components with ultra high resistance value! The maximum working voltage is up to 10,000V and the resistance value reaches 1G Ohm.

Non inductance MELF series has been approved with perfect non inductance performance over working frequency 17G Hz, much over the normal limit for non inductance resistors under 300M Hz.
